On the 17th of October through the 19th of October Jack, Hubie, Sean, Hugo, Daniel and I went on a 3 day cookery course. It was a great course that I learned a lot at. We took the 145 bus in to town and would arrive a few minutes early. It began at 10 but we would arrive at around 9:30 and get real fast at donnybrook which was really nice. Each of the days we would make four things and we were allowed to eat all of them. My favourite piece on the first day was the soup we made. It was a thin tomato soup and the seasoning really made a nice difference. On the second day my favourite piece was the burger we made. We made the meat and even the shape and size of the burger. We then had beautiful toppings of melted mozzarella and fresh chorizo. On the third and final day my favourite piece were the flapjacks that we made. They were very sweet and the honey within them added a nice tangy burst. I loved my cookery course and it was a really enjoyable week.
